Lovelyland Nature Project.
A seasonal-inspired programme of nature based activities for the whole community. Providing opportunities for people to gather and use their shared green spaces.
Funded by National Lottery’s Community Fund.
Castlefields Yarn Bombing Crew.
Community crafting group set up to tackle isolation and loneliness has been running for 5 years. Contributing to environmental awareness campaigns, local celebrations and spreading joy to their local community. This group has regular meet ups and all are welcome to join in.

Little Lovelyland Library.
This free and easy to use book share scheme provides Shrewsbury communitties with good quality children’s books that hold valuable messages such as tolerence, understanding and acceptance.
Funded by Shrewsbury Town Council.
Reach Out Packs.
Lovelyland Reach Out Packs are designed to provide resources, inspire creative processes and enrich families self-isolation experience. We are able to send these boxes out free of charge to single-parent families in Shropshire because we recognise the challenges to single parents during the lockdown.

Suncatcher Pack.
Single parents can request free activity packs with materials and ideas to get outside as a family and take a closer look at nature on your doorstep.

Paul’s Patch.
Gardening for Well-being project, based in Castlefields.
These gentle and nurturing gardening sessions are for anyone wanting to make a connection with nature, food growing and wildlife whilst also meeting other people.
